Like that's is compact with multiple plugs, USB and C ports. However, due to the spacing, its difficult to use all the plug outlets to maximize its usage. I personally would not purchase again.

Product was bought SPECIFICALLY because it did NOT have a surge protector (to be used on a cruise). Package clearly says has a surge protector. Will be returning immediately.

My utility room has an odd arrangement of outlets. There are two wall outlets three feet apart by the washer and dryer. Then two more one foot apart by the corner. Then two more spaced normally on the outside wall. Then one unfinished wall without ANY outlets. This power strip is the solution. The great thing about this power strip is that it has a six-foot cord and turns one outlet into 9. Yes, that reads nine. That copper pipe in my picture is at the end of the wall right at the corner of the wall without outlets. I considered wiring outlet boxes and finishing the wall, but that is for another day. This will work well for quite a while. I often need an outlet in that location. And if I need to get another outlet further down that unfinished wall, I can simply add another one of these. Nice. I plugged this power strip into a surge protector, but I don't have a lot of faith in those. The seller states that this has "6-point protection" and one of those of course is a ground. That is the one that I have the most faith in. So very many of today's electronic gadgets are connected with USB. It should be standard in the future to have those ports in an outlet or power strip. They take up much less space than the adapters made for them. This power strip has plenty of room for adapters. I really like the slim design. And it is great that it has a small LED light to show it has power. I also really like the flat wall plug. Again, in my opinion, this should be the standard plug design moving forward. It just makes more sense. And if you have a flat plug, it almost always has to be at an angle in order to allow another plug above or below it. The 45-degree angle makes sense too. This is so much easier and less expensive than wiring in new outlets. Even then I would insist on outlets with USB ports included. And the hardest part of this was finding two screws that would fit the outlets wall mount holes. That would give this an A+ instead of an A-. Not enough to deduct a star. Actually, I think the right size nail would work great because I mounted this right over a stud. I just want it to be secure and screws normally give you more flexibility in tightening the mount. It was challenging to find that perfect screw. I want to be able to plug and unplug with one hand. That requires the perfect mounting tension. The little rubber feet on the bottom of this will help that become reality. This power strip appears to be sturdy and solid. Clever design that was well thought out. They really should include two mounting screws. I think it has found it's permanent home. 5 stars from me. ... show more
