My cats love the scratching posts. The kitten played with the hanging ball often until it fell off. Took about a month. Now neither opt for the basket ever. The top stool they also enjoyed at first. Now it has become wobbly and neither cat sits atop anymore. Neither cat has ever used the brush part on the bottom. I don't think they get it. I've had it about a year. I have had this scratch post for many months now and the scratch posts are holding up way better than expected. Usually after 5months I have to order a new one but this one is still in great shape. The bed on the top is a little small and wobbly, my cat only laid in it a few times. She does however enjoy the hammock bed on it. Unsure when I ordered it, but it's a winner with my newly adopted Southern belle diva. I'm a Connecticut Yankee, so we've had some ups and downs in adjusting to each other. This 'gorgeous thing' she sleeps in often is her safe-haven. It's hers, and she knows it! From honing her nails, to batting the ball to bits (it's going to fall off one day ...soon), to still being unable to figure out the brushing mechanism, to sparring with me across it at times, she gives it a 10! I rarely write reviews, but this thing is great. I was searching for a scratching post for my young cat for awhile until I stumbled onto this. It has everything for a comparatively cheap price. At every store I went to very simple posts were $35+. This is only $25 and has two beds, two posts, the ball that jingles that my little buddy cannot get enough of, and a full body scratcher. Super easy and quick to assemble and even includes the Allen key which surprised me. Looks pretty good in a room too. Strongly recommend over everything else, it’s fantastic and, my Mr. Moe thinks so too. He’s smacking the ball as I type. ... show more

As a first time cat owner, I wasn't sure what my new kitten would like and I bought this item because of the price and it has more than proved it's worth! My kitten chooses to lounge around in the hammock all day, he LOVES the little ball on the string that hangs above it, and he also uses the scratching posts pretty consistently. He likes the black scratcher thing too, even though I see other reviews saying it comes out. Only complaint is the cover that is supposed to go on the pedestal was very hard to fit on and then popped off as soon as he got on it, so I just left it off. A bit tippy if your cat is large and/or likes to get rambunctious. This seems to be a common issue with most cat trees we've had. I wish they would have either a larger or heavier base. I added carpet tape and stuck it to the floor.

This was easy to put together, and my cat took to it right away. My only issue is that the top tier seems a little unstable/shaky. My cat prefers the lower level bed so it works out.

Was super easy to assemble and my cat started playing with it as I was putting it together. She absolutely loves it and hasn’t stopped playing in it for the past 20 minutes. It was a great price. One thing I did do was really worked the back scratch deep into the holes as one customer said that there’s kept falling out but if you work it all the way in there is no way it is going to come out. Also someone complain about the lack of instructions and while the are very minimal the assembly is a walk in the park. I’m a 73 year lady and I had it put together in no time.
