I ordered this coat, after reading the reviews. The price was right, as I really don't need a new coat....but I wanted a tan winter coat to wear with jeans. OK....seriously, this is one of the best purchases I have ever made on Amazon., and I order alot!!! The fabric is soft, not too heavy, and lined in a satin blend. The best part, is the fit....it fits perfect, and is tailored perfectly. The color is a perfect tan. I might change the buttons, as they are a very dark button, and I think a lighter, (brown/tan) button might look alittle richer. The fit....I am 5' 6....weigh 132 lbs....size small usually....I ordered a Medium, as per the reviews, and it fits like it was made for me.....just below my knee, which I like. It is alittle wrinkled, but I will steam...and be out the door! THIS, was a great purchase!!!! ... show more

Seems like it would do well if this is the style you’re after. Not a heavy coat but could be layered. I purchased a size up as was suggested but found it to be much too big. I usually wear a small, and the small was a bit too big. The medium swallowed me whole - I’m 5’5” and 120 and small through the shoulders. This is a GREAT COAT! Classic fit with all the warmth you’d want for Fall or early winter weather. With only the one waist button, don’t expect this coat to hold closed during windy winter weather, but it kept me warm in 28° F weather. The length and the collar are perfect for that high collar or folded and warmth. The tan color is light and exactly what I wanted. Important to know that this is not a hard-working wool coat. It is cut fairly well and the colors are nice but the fabric is kinda different. I can’t really describe it, but almost like a brushed fabric. Not a woven fabric. I haven’t worn it because it needs to be steamed. Fairly wrinkled out of the box which I expected. Love that it actually contains a some wool-seems to wear better than those coats that are purely polyester, etc. Comfortable and warm. Slightly snug when closed but looks great open. So cute dressed up or down

I was surprised at the quality and the weight of this coat. I haven't worn it out yet cuz it's been rainy but it feels like it'll be nice and cozy! Will definitely consider getting other colors. For reference... I'm 5'7", 150 pounds, 36 D and it closed fine.

The value for the money is fantastic! Color matched well, I am 5ft and 150lbs and I bought the medium, as you can see in the photo I have a hoodie under and it fits great; just long but everything is long for me.
