  • Small heater, ideal for medium size room

  • Quiet, portable, and powerful
Size: Large Room Pattern Name: Heater
Heading into my second winter with this heater and I love it. It's slim so when winter is over, I just slide it in a narrow corner in my garage closet. It's quite powerful for being a slim and small heater, so I always put it on the lowest setting and it still heats up my room. The functions are simple but it does the job. I've never used the temp setting, but I always use the 1hr timer with one press of the 1hr button before I sleep. The reason I love this heater is how quiet it is, especially compared to other heaters I've had in the past. I've forgotten a few times I had it on lol. Honeywell is an American company? Doesn't really matter because it has a solid build quality. I rate this a 9.7/10 and would highly recommend it. ... show more

  • Heater is great, the warning label is stupid.
Size: Small Room Pattern Name: Heater
The heater is what I expected. It works like it should. The Hyperthermia or heat stroke warning label stuck on the front of the heater was too much because: 1. If this heater gives you a heat stroke, hang your head in shame and stamp a permanent L on your forehead. 2. The label could not be easily removed as its adhesive bonded to the plastic at the molecular level and needed to be scraped off with a razor blade. Next time hang a removable tag on the heater like the remainder of the civilized world does. ... show more

  • Great! But not perfect...
Size: Small Room Pattern Name: Heater
I have seen some reviews that have had various experiences with this space heater, so I thought I would throw in my opinion. Pros: - It puts out a TON of heat. - It is relatively quiet. No louder than a small desk fan on medium. - It is very small. There would be no problem if you needed to fit it under a desk or table. - The distance it turns is quite large, so if you are looking to heat a room quickly, or apply heat to a wide area, this will do it. - It does have a thermostat and will stop heating once it has reached the set temperature. - On the low setting, if you are not wanting to set a specific temperature, it does quite well keeping an 8'x15' room warm without getting hot. Cons: - The front of the heater does get hot when on high heat. Being some form of plastic, it does not hold heat for long but could potentially burn you or a small child if it has been running for some time and someone touches it. - When you turn off the device it starts a six-second count down before actually turning off. To most this may not seem like a big deal, but I find it ever so annoying that I have to wait for it to shut off. - The tip protection is nothing more than a small button/switch on the bottom of the heater that must be pressed in for the heater to turn on. --> For those with extra thick carpets or wanting to use it on some form of uneven surface, this heater may not be for you. Not to mention that if you wanted to move the heater, you could not simply pick it up and set it somewhere else while it is running. You will need to turn it back on and adjust your settings back to what you want them at. - It does not seem to like using the auto/thermostat feature. --> I'm thinking that it must be due to one of a few reasons that this happens. It could be that the acceptable temperature range the heater will allow below the setpoint is rather large, and I simply haven't had my room cold enough for it to want to kick the heat back on, or it is waiting for the element to cool off before testing the temperature because the heating element affects the accuracy of the internal thermometer. These are just guesses, I really have no clue. - When you turn off the heater, none of your previous settings are remembered. It defaults to high flow/heat, without oscillation. - No remote All that being said, for my uses, this heater is great. I do not mind the lack of a super-accurate/working auto function. I can live with needing to turn it back on if I need to move it. It is small and can be tucked away when I'm not using it. If you are looking for something small that just needs to put out reliable heat, this can work for you. If you need all the bells and whistles and just cannot live without them, you will need to look elsewhere. ... show more

  • Very efficient
Size: Large Room Pattern Name: Heater
Very efficient unit. Got this to help us through the winter months. Upstairs In our bedroom which is large, small hallway to another bedroom. Actually heats both. Hoping it saves on gas costs, runs quiet also.

  • Awesome heater
Size: Large Room Pattern Name: Heater
This thin profile heater with four heat settings and oscillation option works great. Love that it’s easy to move around with a carry handle built in and that it’s slim and doesn’t take up much space but heats really well and isn’t noisy.

  • Does great heating a medium to large room
Size: Large Room Pattern Name: Heater
Very pleased with my purchase. I like it has safety features and a timer so it can be on for an hour or up to eight. The only thing is that the heater temp display is not like the one in the picture. Instead it has already set up heating options.
