The boards were so well constructed, solidly built, functional and consistent from unit to unit (even though ordered at separate times) that I ended up buying all 8 for the rest of my hives. I wanted a screen bottom for my hive because it get very hot here in the summer. This one was made by the same company I purchased my 8 frame hive from so I’d hope it would be the same great quality and fit well. I’m happy to say it fit perfectly and is exactly what I was looking for. It has a removable metal tray that slides in or out to provide more air flow for the bees as needed.
