I’ve bought this honey several times, this time it was crystallized when it arrived, which does happen because it’s a natural occurring thing and honey, but crystallized or not, it is amazing. I only use raw unfiltered honey.

The product is fine, it's just raw honey and bees don't mess up on that. The packaging is the issue. The safety seal wasn't even glued on and I didn't notice until I was going to use it weeks after it arrived. I can't have this. If it happens again I'll look for another vendor.
