This honey taste closely to maple syrup and it will your throat a little bit if you are consuming this from the jar. So, not like other honeys, I would give the honey texture and taste a 3 out of 5. But you know what would have been better, if I did not have to fight the fought from the honey that was already spilled out of the box and the terrible design casing of the honey. So, I would pass this product mostly because of how poorly it was boxed. And I just learned I can't get the contaminated a refund or replacement. Do not buy this product at all. ... show more
