The flavor is excellent. Seems to have a vague molasses taste and the color is deeper than most Honey. The jar says there are 13 servings of 1 tbs. And also that the jar is 9.7oz. An 8 oz cup has 16 Tbs. I poured this into a cup and is was about 2 tbs short of a cup. These things mean something when considering value per oz shopping and company integrity.
