Very expensive heap of damaged plastic. It’s non-returnable & non-refundable. Hoping the company does the right things & gives us a refund. Company says it will refund us for damaged product

The original firepit did not function. After numerous attempts to rectify the issue, the company stepped up and sent a replacement unit that works well. Since it is quite warm currently, I cannot comment on its overall performance but we look forward to its use.

Love it. Easy to unpackage and hook up to gas tank. Lights easily and warms quite nicely. Love the adjustable flame so it can be used for ambiance on a warm evening but provides enough heat to take the edge off of a cool evening.
