I placed several orders for these cages. So far they seem to be hold up to my escape artist. Items did arrive sooner than the estimated time which was great because we do have some bad weather coming in. Hoping to get the others in time to get everyone inside before the rain hits. One of the orders never arrived but I was able to reach out to customer serve and they said that they could replace it. I spoke with Bella which was just as nice as can be. I would highly recommend them. It only took me about 1 1/2 hours or less to put together by myself. Instructions where very straight forward. All 4 wheels do come with locks so thats a big plus. The bowls are a little small but definitely a bonus to have attached to the doors. There was a screw missing from one of the supports but there was an extra in the bag so it didn't hold up being able to put it together. The welds look to be pretty solid as well. I have ordered a few other cages and my dogs were able to break the welds on then very quickly. I will update later on if things do not continue to hold up but after day one they are really liking them. ... show more

I needed a double cage of very specific dimensions to fit into my rv for camping and traveling with my blue and gold macaw and umbrella cockatoo. I searched for a long time. This one fits perfectly, and I can’t wait for our first trip. Also the very good directions made assembly very easy.

Ok so, a few things: 1) it took two people about an hour and a half to get this put together. The screws for the bars, for some reason, come pre-screwed so you have to unscrew 2 per bar (I think there were 30?) and then screw them back in. Nightmare. Wish they’d come in a baggie. 2) we love it. They love it. Both of our corgis are pretty long and it’s hard to find a crate long enough for them to not be scrunched up in when they sleep. 3) it is so worth it to get the upgraded crate with the bowl doors. No more kibble or water all over my floor. Huzzah. 4) we put the metal bars in, but I was worried about toes getting caught as they moved around. We kept the metal trays in for support, and but the plastic tray on top instead of sliding it under. Still very easy to clean, and gives them a cool, flat surface to lay on if they don’t want to lay on their blankets. TLDR assembly was a bitch but it’s well made and we’re very happy with our purchase - and so are the fur babies. ... show more

This is not quite as sturdy as the larger Homey versions of this crate. But close. These do not come apart as some do, which are stackable but also can be used as one. This one is two crates only.     • Safety damage lack of integrity

I’m not a disgruntled customer but I have to speak my truth. I am a person that’s on disability and helping cats foster, bottle feeding makes me feel my worth. I purchased these condos which was very hard for me to do because I don’t have a lot of money and his people Foster you know we spent most of our own money to try and save lives After purchasing this condo a short time after I approach the company and ask them if they would help me out on the cost because the price went up after I bought the first they sent me an email and said when I purchase to send them an email and they would pay the difference it took some time for me to save this money up but there was no time limit not that they had mentioned a personal disability we have to save the price went up and at that point I saved and I purchased two more of these condos I contacted the company and let’s just say they do not honor their own words they came back telling me if I purchased again they would give me a percentage off so they didn’t another word and try to rope me into purchasing more it’s one thing to take advantage of people but it’s another when you take it vantage of someone of special needs that’s just terrible all the way around so if you facts about these cages number one whenever I purchased the first one I had damage when I purchased the second time I had damage the first time I purchased I quickly realize the safety is not there my cats could open the doors of the water bowl area so I would have to twisty tie them down the second time I purchase which was recently the rings in which holds the water and food bowl comes out there’s no lock or anything I found my cat with the ring around her abdomen she somehow got her head through in her arms through it could’ve strangled my cat luckily that did not happen so there are safety issues with these condos 1.) no safety 2.) always damaged 3.) Do not honor their words and try to manipulate you to buying more So with this being said I cannot do business with this company and hopefully you will give a second thought to these issues To the company people that foster in rescue sacrifice so much of their own money to try to help and save lives when you take advantage of that the people that Rescue and foster we stick together because we know of our sacrifices Shame shame shame on you! ... show more
