Easy to put together and very nice bench! I wish the back was about a foot or two higher, but the quality and product looks great! I would definitely suggest this for anyone! The weight of the product is very sturdy and it would take some strong winds to blow over the bench; as for folding, this is not a folding unit, but can be transported by truck or repositioned easily. These benches are phenomenal! Heavy duty, look great, easy assembly and if they last as long as they claim, worth every penny! Time will tell, but they look like they’re well made. I assembled these by myself. I’m a female with minimal upper body strength due to a disability. Here’s a tip for you. Use the styrofoam that comes with the box to support the various parts that it would be handy to have someone else hold (see pic). Using the styrofoam makeshift supports, I easily put two of these together by myself. Don’t over tighten the screws until you have all the pieces assembled. Arrived in very good packaging. Easy to put together myself (but had trouble with one back screw) Heavy duty. Nice and elegant looking. As with all assembled furniture, I recommend tightening screws at the end. I have gone through a couple of metal benches in the $100-$150 range. They eventually rusted and nuts and bolts loosened over time, leaving them unsafe to sit on and looking wobbly. I was constantly spray painting over the rust to borrow another season. This time, I opted to spend more money and be done with it. The resin is a far better choice, this one in particular. ... show more
