This is very sturdy, went together pretty easily. I only gave 4 stars because I had to drill a whole in the back for my component plug because the glass doors could not shut (and yes I did measure accurately) also the shelves I had to drill grooves out where the shelf meets the pegs to sit secure so the shelf would not tip forward or backwards. Like the overall construction and the dimensions are perfect for my needs, but one of the glass doors had severe scratches at multiple spots. The media could not be loaded. Just received this and put it together and the magnetic mechanism to push the doors open and closed on the left side is stuck and will not push. The seller offered to send a replacement part but it turns out they do not have it so they offered a partial refund for me to get the replacement part myself. Happy with the resolution. ... show more

    • There are no written instructions so examine the pictures closely.
Product used as a tower for my avr system components. Pay close attention to the orientation of the shelves when assembly is complete. This is important.

Easy to assemble but I would recommend getting some glue to make it more sturdy. I had some glue from another amazon furniture purchase and added glue to the dowels on assembly and edge of the wood. Came together nicely and the shelves are adjustable height depending on which pegs you use. I opted to not install one of the shelves to give more room for tall items on the bottom. Minus one star since the foam included to wedge the glass metal top-tab is very fragile. I used another thicker foam when assembling and also need to get a replacement magnetic catch. The catch included did not fuction smoothly for one door. They do have an email contact and will await a replacement part. ... show more
