Warm it up a bit, use some. windex as a lubricant (as recommended by Hogue) and be patient when working it into place. It is not difficult to install, just requires a little patience. Once on, I found this to increase the proper grip and comfort of my 365XL. It works for me and I am pleased with it.

    • Good grip upgrade for my P365 XL
Installation took some tugging, but it was not that difficult. I didn't want to go all out with stippling or a Wilson Combat grip on a new gun yet. This works well to help with control on a small grip and the price is right.

    • EASY install (5 min, I did it!). Low cost, zero risk, improved my 365XL.
I watched a YouTube video, no several. Here is what worked for me to install this. 1. I have an optic, so remove the slide. 2. Boil water in a suitable container and put the hand all grip in it. Let it rest for 5 min. 3. Cut the strips in the mfg directions, but set them aside and ready for now. 4. Get the grip out of the water and put the beaver tail back side over the lip. 5. Put your finger inside the grip and work your way around the inside, stretching the rubber over the lip. 6. NOW insert the plastic strips from the top of the rubber and work them in as shown in original directions. 7. Push the rubber (over the plastic strips) until the plastic strips are in the way. 8. Remove strips. 9. Finish pushing grip on, ensuring enough space (for you) remains under trigger guard, and beaver tail is flush. Piece of cake. ... show more

Said a few swearwords putting it on but i do that with alot of, stuff. Well worth the money though, completely changed the grip and fits my hands so much better.

    • Great grip for 365xl. HAVE to use plastic from case to get on
Def helps give the gun a bigger feel and better feel for recoil . But HARDDDD to get on read the package they give ya tips Cut 2 oval plastic pieces about 1.5 inch on diameter and put them on each side of the handle on 365xl and slowly works it’s way on. HAVE TO USE PLASTIC

Good quality as expected from this manufacturer. Fits like a glove!! Here is a great install tip which I used for 2 pistols. Dish soap and water the inside of the rubber grip and use rubber work gloves to slide over the grip. With some work it will go on.
