I am giving this review 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. However, I did not have the best experience with this product. I was not aware that the cylinder has a plastic cap that is just there to protect the top part. When I tried to put the chair on, I had a lot of difficulty and the plastic cap broke. I thought I messed up the assembly, but it turns out the silver metal part can be exposed at the top. I guess I was just supposed to remove it? After setting up, the chair looked beautiful! I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, after sitting in it, I found out that the chair back rest leaned back a little too much for my taste so I was unable to sit up straight. Because it was uncomfortable for me (tall and slim), I decided to take it back. After repackaging to return it, I found out the shipping would have been $150 at the UPS store!!! Thankfully, I contacted customer service and they refunded me a generous portion of the chair for my trouble. Please be aware that shipping is not free if you want to return the item. Your shipping may be cheaper because I live far from the return address. However, even with all of my issues customer service was understanding and quick to respond. ... show more
