A simple brilliant idea that works! I have tried everything including plastic finger brush to an expensive electric toothbrush. Eventually, I realized the best equipment to get to every part of my dog's teeth was just my finger. NO, not the plastic toothbrush on your finger as that thing just swirls around on your finger and also still too bulky and the brush part is often not facing the teeth. So prior to this product, I would wrap a dental wipe around my finger and scrub my dog's teeth. The wipe kept on sliding off and eventually I started to just put toothpaste on my finger and just rub it around. So this is exactly what I needed! And my dog's teeth has never been in better shape. The dogs like the taste, and using the finger wipes is very easy, but the packaging is thick plastic landfill. Number 5 plastic is not usually recycled in most communities, and so ends up in landfill. I wish new packaging might be found. I currently look for similar products in a better package. Otherwise, the product is good. My dogs’ teeth do look better. Any gauze wipes would work, but mine like this taste, and so I buy for now to prevent dental woes. ... show more

My dog doesn't like using the plastic dog tootbrush, but surprisingly doesn't mind these finger "toothbrushes". Light clean scent that my dog doesn't mind, she thinks it's a treat when I brush her teeth. i actually get "stuff"off when I brush her teeth!

My dog doesn't mind me using these wipes on his teeth, however they are on the smaller size. I am an average sized male, with a size 10 ring finger, and these are very difficult to fit on my index finger. If you have smaller hands, these may work better for you. I would definitely say that these have made my dogs breath smell better. (I did a smell test because my dogs breath kicks). They aren’t really happy with me when I use them but they hate getting their teeth brushed. So this is definitely a good alternative!

The cats hate it, they scoot away and sometimes hiss, BUT it's easy to do if you can get them to sit still just a little bit. I think that it's worth it if you have a cat that will kind of let you mess with them. My cats let me cut their nails so I get a bit more a clean than someone who has a cat that runs away the second you even look at them wrong. It's not too expensive so if you're having issues with your cats teeth I would suggest that you give it a try. Worst case you're out a little money and maybe a finger if your cat is real mean, best case your cat has healthier teeth. I think it's meant for dogs too but I would NOT stick my finger in a dogs mouth with this thing. ... show more

Much better and easier than toothbrushes or finger toothbrushes, especially with small dogs mouths. I have a 15 year-old Pomeranian and he seems to be way more comfortable with these which makes it so much easier on me, hallelujah!
