My dog is 14 years old and too old to go under anesthesia to have her teeth cleaned. Though they haven't made her teeth sparkly white, they certainly have removed a good bit of plaque and her teeth look better. I tried these on my dogs and cats. It was easier to use on the dogs but none of them like it. Because they are disposible and slid over your finger, I find that it was too delicate and didn't do much to really clean. It was like putting a thin cloth or paper towel around your finger and rubbing their teeth. I'll stick with a pet tooth brush. ... show more

Has always been a fight to get a toothbrush in my dogs mouth....this makes it so much easier. She is was resistive at first but once I get my finger in her mouth and start massaging her gums and teeth she settles down Teeth are looking cleaner, but the biggest thing I noticed is no bad breath.
