This may be an “early” review, but I had to get post. My Shih Tzu has been scratching like crazy and digging at her ears. She has been miserable. (She does not have any fleas.). I have been using a benzocaine spray, but it has only helped just a little. Today I received this product in the mail and was eager to try it. I sprayed her really well including inside her ears. She had not scratched one time since!!! I am truly amazed!!! What in the world is going on?? Needless to say, I’m going to continue treatment and watching her, but I really believe it is working. The sprayer does not work! No one mentioned that in the few reviews there were. It was recommended by a friend who had decide to try it by reading the reviews. I had already placed and order before she got back to me that she had, had the same issue. It’s pointless if you have to buy a spray bottle to use it. She had gotten 3 bottles because having three large dogs. So she got stuck with three. I only got stuck with only one. Taking them to UPS to return is quite a hard thing to for some.     • Doesn't help dermatitis but helps acne
The media could not be loaded. I know it's odd but I bought this for myself. I saw that it was 100% hydrochlorous acid and I remembered reading about it a year ago for dermatitis but I was a bit nervous about it since it's a byproduct of chlorine. I finally took the plunge when I saw this. When I received the product, I was disappointed because it was very clearly used. BUT I was fairly certain it was because the person couldn't screw the top on which I show in the video how to do. I was hoping this would replace the only thing that has helped which is aloe vera gel which leaves a gel like cast on my hair so I was hoping this wouldn't do that, which it doesn't because it's very much the consistency of water and I was hoping this would help with my hairfall. Well... It didn't help my scalp dermatitis. However, I'm using it for my acne (which I've read it helps kill the bacteria that causes acne) and my skin has been surprisingly clear. So although that isn't helpful for your doggo, if you struggle with acne, this 2% hydrochlorous acid is worth a shot to try. ... show more

    • Long spray make easier to use
This sprays a long fine mist with each trigger pull. This means it sprays after you release so you can wrangle the pet easier. The amount dispensed isn’t a lot so there isn’t excessive waste, but it is enough to lightly cover a good sized area. Additional sprays of course will give better coverage. This is a great product to keep on hand and should be beneficial for my very active dogs that always seem to have cuts, scrapes, and mystery irritations or rashes. We used backing but of course we’re concerned about licking it. Because this is safer that worry will be gone now. So happy to have this in our medicine cabinet for the future.
