It didn't make it worse, but didn't help it get better, skin irritation stayed about the same. Used as directed on two small dogs and I ran out of product in under two weeks, it may have helped a little with the rashes, but I would need to buy about three bottles for a month of use and that is to expensive for me to try and see how effective it is.
