It came with all the parts, instructions were clear and I built it by myself within an hour. The kitties love it, are already sleeping on it and playing with it. It just took some time but they love all the spaces, like the bed on the top, the little hammock or other bed on the side. Good for the price! My cat likes it! This was easy to put together! You get what you pay for, though. The size and stability were underwhelming. While my petite cat fits alright on the top shelf and in the section shown in the photo, she avoids the mid-level cubby entirely. Despite being designed for smaller pets, the top shelf feels cramped, with my cat's body often hanging off, even in a typical cat loaf position. The tower's wobbliness is a concern, especially when my cat jumps on the top shelf or settles in the pouch/basket, leading to occasional tipping over. I do not want to use the part that attaches and goes in the wall to keep it from falling over. I would like a product that is stable enough to where that security is not needed. Despite attempts to stabilize it with added weight, it still sways uncomfortably. Considering the safety and comfort of my cat, I'm contemplating investing in a more robust and spacious cat tower. ... show more

For the price, this cat tower (or cat castle as it's now being called) is totally worth it, I really loved how tall it was, how many levels and scratching posts there are. My cat really digs the baskets to sleep in and its nice and soft! Downsides are that it's super wobbly. My cat is small/medium, 10-11lbs and the thing shakes like crazy when she's on it. While the product does come with a wall support attachment to anchor it to the wall, I bought this specifically for how tall it was so my cat could see out the tops of the windows when the blinds are mostly closed. I ended up putting some 25lb free weights on the base and everything is good to go. In a perfect world it would be about 5-10" wider because my cat has to squeeze through it to get to the top, which would also probably help in the stability department. I would recommend airing out the pieces in the backyard for a while before assembling, the off gassing (smell) of the new foams was very strong for at least 48hrs. Again, for the price it's great but if my cat was larger sized or loveably chunky I'd probably have returned it already. ... show more

This is a sturdy tree that comes with a wall anchor for larger cats. Our two kittens love this tree so much we bought a second for upstairs. The fabric is a plush and very soft. It took me about 10 minutes to assemble and it's very sturdy. Way better value than the pet stores!!
