This is a really fun truck. Easy to put together and use. My two year old loves it. After a few months of having it, the sound stopped working and one of the motors stopped working so it couldn't drive. I emailed the company to let them know, and the very next day they sent me a step by step video of how to fix the sound so we got that working again. They also sent me a new motor and we had it back up and running within a week. Kids love riding on this and it has some cool features like a working dump, sound effects... Seats two toddlers or 1 big kid. The bed is pretty big, so if careful, an adventurous kid could sit back there too. The turn radius on this is poor (to avoid tilting) and it seemed to go over sticks with ease since it's pretty slow (can't be more than 10MPH); however, the pedal stopped working after just a few rides. The remote still works, so it's still fun for our toddler, but our older one misses the freedom. ... show more

PROS- assembly was easy enough. 24 volt battery keeps charge for long time 4 motors give great power and speed. flat bed is real handy and kids use it as work truck CONS- control panel buttons, like to turn off lights, or lower motor speed or even turn on/off don't work at least half the time . Now have to disconnect battery to turn unit off. Dump bed stopped working after only a few days. Wanted to wait until we had it a while before reviewing. Now it has been a month and kids still like it but the control panel issue is really annoying, considering the money spent ... show more

Well my grandchildren loves it but the speaker already quit working and we have only had it a very short time. It’s only been driven 3 -4 times Now you turn it on and it reeves up and then says there’s a connection problem and then dies. Hit the power but again and it does it again. So upsetting after paying $400 and only having it a few months My grandson is 5 but very small for his age. He is the size of a 3 year old. ... show more

The product was fairly easy to assemble. It took about 25 minutes to complete. after a 4 hour charge my son was up and running. I would recommend this product to others.

At first this was the most awesome toy I'd ever seen. The grandson loved it. Would go places that were borderline scary. The remote made it 10 times better. Buuuuut, why would a company sell an item for a child that is rendered useless once it gets water/juice/milk etc,etc, on the dash board???? I blew it out with air, contact cleaner, even got my air compressor in the mix. Now half the buttons don't work. The speed will not change with out a lot of force on the button. The remote only works occasionally at best. Also, no more turning the lights on and off, that button is done. Radio adjusts itself now. Horn is inoperable. Dump still works, sometimes on its own. How could they miss the fact that kids need fluids and sometimes they need fluids when they play????? ... show more
