My original glowing review is below. Problem is the vehicle stopped working completely after about 5 months. I've found no way to contact the vendor, the 2 year extended warranty I purchased tells us they have no responsibility until after the first year from purchase, and Amazon is worthless as to getting help to resolve this matter. I gave this as a gift to my grandson who lives 150 miles away. Amazon and the worthless warranty company refuse to speak to my son since he wasn't the purchaser, so now I have to get involved and receive no help from any related party. At this point it feels like I was scammed on the extended warranty and even Amazon cannot or will not contact the vendor. All this thing needs are replacement batteries, in my opinion. At this point I can't recommend the product due to the inability to contact the seller and I will NEVER purchase another extended warranty if this is how it works. "Gave to my grandson for his 3rd birthday. The 24V gives it awesome power and with 4 motorized wheels it gets through almost any terrain. My grandson and his 5 year old sister fit ok together in seat but as he grows a bit more that won't be the case. Only issue was that the back "dump" mechanism did not work. My grandson didn't care but I bought the 2 year warranty and have asked my son to call that defect to the seller. Overall the best battery vehicle I've bought and this was my 5th." ... show more

I bought this for a 4 year old and he LOVES it! The remote control is easy to use and is very responsive. This comes is 2 boxes and you have to assemble it but the instructions are easy to follow. It took about 30 minutes to have it ready to charge. It's sturdy and will get hours of use by one very happy little boy! ... show more

Gave to my son in September. 23, he hauls pumpkins rocks etc, “tailgate difficult to open/close” shovel trash, fell apart quick. Easy to put together . Considering price . So far good buy! Update: This never was left outside in weather or anything, stored in heated garage. And not rode from October 23- 3/17/24 This week end, went charged it, all good, my son went to ride it, nope it moves very briefly seconds and stop and doesn’t move. Again it’s not like it’s old, been left out in weather etc not sure why when we parked it ran fine, went back and trash! ** update #2, despite me telling grandma not to buy she bought another one. Well it runs, arrived well, however the the tailgate doesn’t worked and hasn’t worked from day 1. We have used several parts on the new one from the old one, 700$ and ITS JUNK!! 1 month of running and then it just stopped working. I can't seem to get it fixed and am thrown through circles on the phone. Otherwise it was super dope and awesome. Us adults loved using it for the kids. We got to actually sit and talk while kiddos had so much fun. We use it with toddlers. The dump does not work, the buttons on the starting wheel do not work. No customer service and Amazon’s solution is to have it picked up and send a replacement. The thing is fully assembled and almost impossible to take apart unless you wanna finish breaking it. Reading other reviews seems an ongoing issue for this toy. As for size it is huge but there is no leg room. This is not for 2 kids unless they are petit. My son is 5 but Galo so he’s the size of a 6 year old. Well my grandchildren loves it but the speaker already quit working and we have only had it a very short time. It’s only been driven 3 -4 times Now you turn it on and it reeves up and then says there’s a connection problem and then dies. Hit the power but again and it does it again.
