I will start off with physical measurements as if it does not apply to you, you may not want to waste your time reading this review. I am 5'2", 107 pounds. My father in law (yes there is a reason I am including him) is 6'1" and 160 pounds. I purchased this after a podcast on entering menopause suggested exercising with a weighted vest at 10% your own weight. For some reason I though the weights could be removed and so I purchased the heaviest vest. They cannot and so I am now jogging with a vest perhaps slightly heavier than my frame would warrant. But it has been a game changer. When I started out using it on my morning jogs, it felt as though I was running in serious slow mode. But a week later my jog was almost back to normal. A month later I am running farther and better than I have before and I am a life long jogger. My father in law who live in the Property Guest Suite, asked if he could borrow it. Approaching his late 70's he wanted to build muscle strength to help his aging body. So now every morning, I go run with my weighted vest on, drop it off at the suite for him and then watch as he takes off at his slow but steady pace. This vest is very comfortable and adjust to fit the major physical difference between my father in law and myself. I would recommend this to anyone looking for strength of body, increased endurance and just over all health. And no I am not going to submit pictures. I purchased a 12# vest and it fits like a glove. I have a large bust and this did not make any difference in the fit which was nice. The weight distribution was wonderful and it was easy to get on and off. 10/10 recommend.

Purchased this 12lbs weighted vest in order to level up my walking journey and it does not disappoint! I've worn it over sweaters when it was cooler out. Fit very comfortably. It's comfortable, obvi will retain heat under it and it weighs down the spine but It was only 4 lbs which was way too light but for the price it's just not worth it for only 4 lbs. Was looking to build up muscle after sudden weight loss, comfortable enough, but just not worth keeping it

At the time I ordered this there were more colors than just black and more weight options. I got the 12 pound and light blue one. I’m a female with a chest of 36C and 5’4” and this fits me perfect. It balances on my back and chest very well. It doesn’t put unnecessary pressure on my shoulder/neck area which I was worried it would do. I can easily strap this above my boobs or if I shifted it below them. You will sweat in it as it is neoprene. But when I get done wearing it I just turn it inside out and hang on a chair to dry. I believe you can rinse it off and hang dry if it gets too dirty. But overall totally pleased with the quality and fit of this weight vest for me!
