My favorite candle. Every scent I have tried has been great. The essential oils give off very pleasant smells, does not smell artificial like other brands. They burn evenly, and they’re long-lasting. The scents projects well throughout the room. They also include a sample candle in each order.

The scent of this candle is creamy and spicy, and thevwood wick makes a delightful crackling sound. Noticeable, but not super loud. The candle doesn't throw a lot of scent so if you want it to fill your room you might be disappointed. I don't love a thick fragrance, so I just put it on my table where I sit and do my work and it's perfect. The candle also came with a small tin of their Oud Forest scent which I also loved. I love the fragrance and prefer wood wick (these have an especially nice asmr crackle while burning); I also found the packaging better than most jar candles. It comes in a thick box with a black drawstring bag (good for a gift), and the jar itself is beautiful and includes a lid. Also wasn't expecting a bonus travel candle - that extra little bonus is why I'm writing this review! They are different fragrance from the one I ordered so got to try a small version of another fragrance (that I probably wouldn't have tried on my own but smells amazing: lychee mangosteen). So far it doesn't have a super strong smell while burning but it is subtle enough for ambiance. I'm really happy with my candles (and bonus candles!) and look forward to trying other fragrances. ... show more

I was curious about this scent, I had tried a few other scents by Hemlock Park and I loved them. This one definitely did not disappoint! As soon as I lit the wood wick, I heard the crackling sound and the sweet spiced scent began to fill my living room. The scent is delightful if you love sweet spices, it reminds me of cookies and spices- like nutmeg, cinnamon, or allspice. Very nice and relaxing. I really love this company a lot, they are environmentally responsible and they make sure their candles are non-toxic. They also included a free little tea light candle as well!
