This is overall a great product, especially for the price! This thing gives such a nice, deep scalp massage without being TOO firm. The little bristles are flexible enough to not knot up or rip your hair or be too harsh on your scalp. It also made my hair feel so clean, my hair has never felt cleaner. Firstly- When I first got it It worked amazing it had an amazing effect on my scalp it drastically helped my dry scalp to become more healthy. Lastly, The versatility and speed of this product you have to really take your time with this product since it does get tangled in ur hair once in a while if you go to fast. You may be wondering why the 3 stars then? Because I dropped this product ONCE in the bathtub and the cheap plastic handle broke off and unfortunately I had to get a new one, but this time I got a different brand one.
