Having eagerly awaited the arrival of this product, I was thoroughly impressed with its quality. Upon incorporating it into my workout routine, I couldn't help but notice a fundamental flaw shared by all resistance band gyms: the set includes 6 different resistance band weights. While the variety was appreciated, I wished they were grouped into similar resistances for easier pairing during workouts. Additionally, it would have been ideal if the set came with 2 door stops, and I would have appreciated the inclusion of larger C hooks to attach to the door stops. Despite these minor drawbacks, this resistance band set stands out as one of the best available in the market. Everybody I know loves free weights for packing on muscle, but resistance bands cannot be beat for building realistic explosive power. If you've got a pole and a wall to drill into, you've got a whole gym. The door puck is especially great, everyone has a door to stick it under and get to work. I got this to replace an old set of bands I got from a sporting goods store. I like the straps and rubber handles and carabiners compared to the plastic slots that I tend to see in the sporting goods stores. The straps are much more versatile than the rigid plastic handles as well, and the carabiners let you combine straps which was very difficult on my old slot handles. To top it off this whole set costs the same as 3 bands on inferior handles like my old set. The whole set fits in a small bag and you can take it just about anywhere. ... show more
