  • in general, not good.
this is a huge machine made entirely of plastic. With the help of family members we found that removing the basket in back was needed in order to flop the seat forward like you’re supposed to be able to do… Also in order to rotate the seat sideways. they were also other plastic gadgets that had to be removed including the headrest which just flopped around and we’re very unstable. So all of the added gadgets to a simple machine had to be removed because otherwise you sounded like a traveling junk salesman when going down the sidewalk because everything was flip-flop and bouncing around. Even after the removal of all of that stuff… The turn signals in front fell off of the scooter because they’re attached poorly and when you would go over things that made the scooter go bump… They just simply weren’t there when you look down. Not sure when they came off but they’re not there. I am 5‘11“ tall and weigh 210 pounds… This machine is the right size for me… But if you think you’re going to grab a fishing pole and hold a tacklebox in between your legs and go fishing at the local park… You’ll be wrong. The hand brakes are only there to be emergency brakes. Like when the scooter is on a travel trailer. Otherwise you have to get used to the automatic breaking system that kicks in when you let off the throttle. There’s breaking system is way too strong and too fast and doesn’t appear to be adjustable. When you’re going 15 miles an hour and you decide to let off the throttle a little bit the automatic brakes kick in and it throws you forward. This will literally make you sick after a period of time. What will also happen is if you decide to make a U-turn in the middle of the street… Even at lower speed… If you slow down in the middle of the U-turn… The automatic brakes kick in and it will throw you off of the scooter. This is a fact. I experienced it. And it’s a real treat when you have no mobility in your legs. When speaking of the travel trailer that we had to buy… It was $700 delivered. Several people sell it but it is the absolute only one that will carry the scooter. This thing is 32 inches wideand I don’t remember how long… But there is only one trailer hitch mounted trailer available for this thing. I looked everywhere. It’s about $700 and has one of those collapsible foldable ramps. I envisioned myself being able to go out to a state park and use this thing to just get out and enjoy nature and put myself on the bicycle trails. but if you consider the travel trailer and it’s lack of ease to use… And the fact that if you could get it off of the travel trailer… At some point you have to get it back onto the hitch mounted travel trailer… It allows no room for error and the throttle and braking system on the scooter is not precise. not to mention once you’re up on the travel trailer with your scooter… How does someone like me get off of it? So this has been kind of a horrible experience. I used Affirm to pay for this thing which makes it like a $9000 scooter by the time it’s paid for… I paid cash for the travel trailer…And now the scooter looks like hell because it’s basically just a bunch of plastic parts stuck onto a pretty basic frame… And like I said I had to remove all the plastic stuff… Then you have to buy a trailer that will actually fit this thing… And it’s all such a huge pain in the rear end to use… I don’t use it at all. If you’re going to use this around your neighborhood like people do golf carts… Then it’s probably fine. But as far as taking it somewhere and using it… Big pain in the rear end ... show more

  • Awsome Scooter
This company is wonderful to deal with. Customer Service answers immediately and handles any questions or problems as soon as you contact them. The repair department called to make sure everything arrived safely and was able to answer some of my questions about the scooter. I can call them at anytime to ask any further questions. They were wonderful to deal with. I appreciate a company like this and recommend buying from them. The scooter looks amazing. We've not had time to use it much yet. I road it around our house and it handled well. It's very comfortable and powerful. Well worth the money. ... show more

  • Good job with shipping
My wife loves the scooter. We really enjoyed the way the seat turns 360 so she can get in anywhere she wants if I needed one and buy another one.

  • AWESOME IS WHAT AWESOME DOES
I do not own this scooter as of yet. I need a miracle in my life. My older sister bought this scooter type to my Attention because my 6 year old scooter is dead like fred. I took the time to absorb all its information. This seller did a great job in its description. It made me want it that much more, and I could actually visualize myself riding it. If it rides the same way that it looks, I am going to love riding this scooter. Many people were always asking where I got my 1st scooter, Cadillac GTX (that is now DOA). I can only imagine how many more people will be asking me about this scooter as it is faster, stronger, more watts, thicker tires (Fat Tires), etc... I am truly disabled (See my attached picture placard). I use it for medical reasons although this type scooter is considered a Recreational Scooter, I use it for medical reasons. I need a scooter in getting around (Spinal injuries) to get groceries, physical therapy, doctor visits, and my maintaining my sanity as being stuck at home staring at 4 walls all day can be overwhelming. ♡♡♡ FEEDBACK NOTE: I love it that they encourage those in fixing their own scooter and having parts available for DIYers in doing so. That is awesome in my books. That is a huge +++++. I had to mention this. Not all have that approach towards scooters. They prefer you just buy a new one as if you are a billionaire. I am not giving up on this scooter yet. I'm hoping that I get more donations in buying me this exact scooter. $3,599 is a bit pricey for me as disability is barely enough to pay rent. I have been campaigning for a new scooter for me. I only have $800 so far. Tomorrow may change, who knows what God will bestow upon me. My broken scooter is a Cadillac GTX which similar to that of this scooter. It is a 1,000 watts 60v scooter fat tires where as my GTX is 750 watts 48v thin tires. I made a WISH to God. This is thee scooter that I need for my medical needs. I just need to maintain my faith right now and do my homework. I hope to back soon as a happy disabled owner of this exact scooter, posting more pictures & videos of my great experiences from it. Scooterless in Arizona, Everett J. Pierce III ... show more
