This is my second update to the review. Customer service has been excellent. You need to register the scooter for warranty by writing to the email address in the instruction card. I did that and got immediate replies and live person help with charging question I had. I wondered about the wisdom of buying a product like this online with Amazon. I have no regrets!I’m very satisfied with this scooter. Fits my needs perfectly for getting around town. It does require somebody with skill to put together the pieces such as the windshield and the roof. It’s taking me a little practice to become more adept at handling and getting familiar with all the controls while driving. It is more than what I expected. I need the seat closer so I use a billow behind my back so I don’t have to reach for the handles too much. The lights are amazingly bright and very effective in helping to see right in front of the scooter - but seems to be a big drain on battery. I’m still evaluating the battery and charging needed. Driving on flat surfaces and an incline go very well. The challenges is at any kind of sideslant. Like an angle at a driveway doesn’t feel so stable. Otherwise I feel perfectly safe And even though it’s slow going, it’s fun and gets me where I’m going. ... show more

    • I like my scooter!
I like the speed of the scooter as well as the ease of going uphill. I don't like the turn radius but this scooter is larger than what I am used to. I also wish the seat would move further forward. At the maximum forward position I feel like I have to lean forward to reach the controls. But after all is said I enjoy using the scooter and I'm glad I purchased it. I hope in the future there will be fitted covers offered for use during rainy days and for when it is being transported. The battery holds well and the scooter seems to be well made. ... show more
