This jack is amazing, ultimately had to return. Everything is perfect with this jack But its the weight to carry to the working place, that really threw me off. If I had my Own Shop/private garage, I would have thrown it in the corner, without having it to carry from place to place. But man o man this stuff is really heavy, Well you dont need to go to gym unless you already are HULK for sure if you are working with this. I would advice to suggest something of this quality, very reliable, but atleast suggest around 21kg (or less) or 45 to 50 lb (max) of jack with lifting height of around 18 inch. This would be perfect for most of the consumer cars and SUV. Man while carrying this stuff, I was so scared if it would get off balace and break some bones (Phew). Oh also need to have some sort of reliable handle to carry. ... show more

This is a REALLY LARGE, REALLY HEAVY jack. I was totally NOT expecting the size and weight of it. It does what it's supposed to do. I've lifted a 5000+lb Toyota VENZA several times and have said vehicle supported by the jack alone once or twice. I don't think that 5his was an appropriate use of the jack but, I was waiting for a second pair of jack stands to arrive so, I risked it. I have also performed one oil change on a 3400+lb Honda CR-V EX with this jack. I'm always taken aback by the weight of it but I'm also always pleased with how easily, smoothly and quietly it does it's work. I'm VERY happy with this tool and I'm hoping for a long, trouble free service life since I'm only using it occasionally on my personal vehicles. ... show more

    • Used for Tesla Model Y - Works Great (but make sure you use the pucks!)
I used to help me rotate my tires on a Tesla Model Y. It easily lifted it with on problems on the rear jack point (with a puck). I had no problems with this jack and it worked well.

This jack did great with lifting my riding mower. I didn't need a 3 ton but why not get it for my vehicle as well. I would recommend this jack. Comes with fluid already in it. It raise up and held the weight. Slowly lowered as I needed it to. Jack is heavy but it's a 3 ton!
