I bought these hearing aids for my uncle who is hard of hearing and refuses to seek help to correct the hearing issue. When he comes to visit everyone talks louder and the TV volume is turned up. He was reluctant to try the hearing aids but finally when he put them in his ears, he was amazed how he could hear better. They are easy to use and easy to charge in the accompanied case. No batteries to buy! It took him awhile to get use to using them but now he wears them daily. No more blaring TV and yelling conversations when he visits. I found that these were very easy to use and they definitely work. These are for adults with mild to moderate hearing loss. It tells you on the box when you may need to seek help from a hearing professional, and when to contact a doctor. They come with their own case and you can charge them right in the case.
