I want to share my experience with these Hearing Aids, and let me tell you, they have been working great for me! With these hearing aids, everything sounds so much better. The first thing I noticed when I started using these hearing aids was how clear everything sounded. This means that even when people are talking softly, I can hear every word clearly. One of the coolest things about these hearing aids is that they are designed to prevent that annoying sound. The hearing aids have a special design that separates the receiving hole from the speaker, so there’s no sound return or whistling. Another thing I love about these hearing aids is how easy they are to use. The hearing aids automatically turn on and off when you take them out of or put them back into the charging case. We were thrilled to find an affordable solution that was easy to use, volume adjustable, and rather stylish, but it didn't last. We bought them in January 2024 and they quit working in October 2024. The original listing we purchased from now says "no longer available" but this listing is for the exact same product with all the same images and the same company name. It says they have a 2 year warranty, but since the listing we purchased from is now defunct, I keep hitting a dead end trying to get replacements or any response at all. I welcome contact from Drowell and will gladly revise this review should they reach out and correct this situation. ... show more
