Now I can see the temperature of the meats in my kitchen and get an alert when something finishes cooking. I downloaded both the SmartLife and Tuya Smart apps on my phone and preferred the Tuya Smart app. It has temperature settings for a wide variety of meats and allows you to set your own settings as well. I wanted to share that this Bluetooth meet thermometer works wonderfully and there are so many of them on the market today, I have tried a few myself and this one is really by far the best . The fact that you can use it for more than just one cut of meat is something that's very important to me. Whether you are grilling outside for a large party, or just making for members of the family and you need different levels of done this, this one really helps to manage everything that's going on in the preparation process. This 4 probe meat thermometer is easy to use. It took a few tries to get the bluetooth app up and running but once I did it was easy to use. Found the readings to be accurate and the screen large enough to show the temperature so that it could be seen from a distance. The only thing that didn't seem to work was the magnet on the back. It was easy to set up you do not need the app to use these. It charges with USB Type-C. You can only view one temperature at a time there's a button on the unit you can use to change the channel there is four channels. The cables are made from a braided stainless steel and they took the heat no problem. It cleans up pretty easily if you don't get anything on the braided stainless steel cables. Pros: J shaped probes are so much easier to work with than standard ones. Keeps accurate temp readings. Cons: set up is very janky. Very difficult to follow in English with badly translated terminology and almost no instructions. Disconnects from Bluetooth randomly even from 10 ft away. If I never hear that disconnect sound again it'll be too soon. And the phone was set on a table 5ft away from the smoker. Just out of no where, not connected. Wouldn't auto reconnect. Makes the entire thing useless. Definitely don't waste your money on this. Go buy a brand name one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Charging is micro usb. I would like it better if it was usb c. It does hold a charge for a good long time when shut off and four probes are nice. However it’s not got the feel of something you’d want outside in any rain, and I don’t see much non bbq oriented need for four probes. The magnet is nice but again this product which seems bbq oriented does not feel like something you want to stick to the side of your Webber or Traeger. ... show more

    • Works well
This thermometer works well with multiple probes to keep track of different pieces of meat, or to use to check the temperature of the meat and the ambient temperature in the grill/smoker/oven. With the Smart Life app, which I already had installed on my phone, the installation was super easy...the app had found the thermometer before I even clicked the button to add it. The app itself is very intuitive, so that's also a plus. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the button on the unit itself to cycle though the probes doesn't give much feedback when you push it and it sometimes seems to not register the push. Also, when I charged it there wasn't a light to tell me it was charging or charged. Maybe it was fuly charged when I got it, but these are minor issues, so not a big deal. The probes seem accurate based on comparison to other probes, so this thing works as advertised. The Bluetooth range isn't very far, but that's a Bluetooth limitation, not necessarily the fault of this unit. Overall, a good thermometer. ... show more
