Very easy to read Not all refrigerators have wire grill shelves. Mine are solid glass. A bottom set up would be nice as I could not hang them. Used in my 'fridge to assure it remains in the "safe zone."

The product is exactly as described. It’s not too large or too small. It can be hung, or set like a picture frame (as seen in attached pictures). There are 2 small magnets embedded in the back, but use of that feature would not work in our refrigerator due to the plastic walls. The thermometer on the left is in the freezer and on the right in the refrigerator. The faded display on the left is not due to the thermometer but by moisture condensing on its face while I had the left side (freezer) door open for an extended time to take a picture. Both thermometers displayed the exact same temperature when I had them side-by-side in the refrigerator or freezer (read after 30 min to allow compartment temperature to stabilize). ... show more

The thermometers work great and the digital readers are easy to quickly read. Having a backup thermometer is important to make sure the fridge is working properly. I would recommend this product. Great deal.

We purchased this product to check on our refrigerator, which didn’t seem like it was getting cold enough. We put both thermometers in our working refrigerator, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that both thermometers read exactly the exact same temperature which let me know that they are likely calibrated properly. Then we put the thermometers in the non working refrigerator and waited. 24 hours. We used the information to establish a warranty claim on the refrigerator, which is getting replaced by the manufacturer. These thermometers were well worth the price. ... show more
