Super impressed with this cover. It is easy to install and easy to fold up once it's on. 4 clamps, 2 on each side. Has a notch for each clamp to hold it down and in place when folded up and not using it. Love that feature. The buckles ends are stationary on the back if the cover also making the look of it nicer and easier to fold up. Your not fumbling around looking for the other side of the straps. Instructions say place against back of cab…I did that locked it all down & it was about 1/2 inch short at tailgate.. pulled back 1/2 inch, even with front of bed & then it fit perfect… Just had to buy 1 roll of xtra weatherstrip to fill in gap along bed.. rainstorm on highway ….all stayed dry

This review is for the Truck Bed Tonneau Cover from Whalemotor. This cover fits the bed length and width of my Ranger. The brackets are easy to install to the box side walls, but attaching the side rails to the cover/crossbar was difficult to get precisely right because the rolled cover gets in the way when tightening the hex fasteners. The other tough part was getting enough weatherstripping in the front corners. There is still quite a bit of daylight coming through so I’m not sure if it will be a watertight seal. I’ll update once it rains. Once installed, the cover snaps down tightly and seems secure. The cross braces feel secure as well. There is a battery-powered light included that sticks to the inside of the bed. At $170, it seems a few bucks more than others on Amazon, but it’s not out of range. ... show more
