All parts are labeled and instructions are easy to follow along. The gloves are a thoughtful item, but i didn't need it for this project. LOVE that this tree comes with 3 different designs, and honestly you can customize it to your taste ( i switched 2 platforms to better fit into a corner of my living room). There's also a bag containing extra screws; another thoughtful item. Plush cushions are on the nicer end; doesn't feel cheap. If the platforms feel rather unstable, try to tighten the bolts more and that should fix the issue. Color scheme is overall very pleasant and fits well in my home. This is a solid wood cat tree with no fabric or carpet attached to the main structure. The bedding is thin and easily washable, but my cats are quite comfortable on it (and you can add more cushion, if you wish). This means you don't need to worry about perpetual dust, soil, cat hair, and permanent flea infestation -- it cleans up beautifully. The legs, with sisal scratch wrapping, are "standard" sizes, approx. 8", 16", and 24" (actually, just short of 8", 15 3/4", and 23 1/2", which are the actual sizes of generic replacements available on line at Amazon). I love not only the practicality and sturdiness, I also appreciate its attractive appearance and the options for changing configuration for preferred dimensions and appearance. Want another color? Paint it and change cushions. Only one thing a little bit wrong: the cushions are not velcroed or tied to prevent slipping; but you can attach ties, use non-slip mat underneath, etc. ... show more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I had a defective part that caused the tree to fail and have been told I have to pay for it to be replaced and pay for shipping and it would be over 2 months before I got the piece. Refusals to get an actual contact at the company by Shopifys customer service is also ridiculous. Do not buy from this company. I called their customer service number as well and they literally screamed at me and started ignoring my calls. Absolutely horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. ... show more

Overall, this is a nice unit, likely better than the bulk of what is sold on Amazon in this category. I think it should last a good while. I like that the pads are removable so they can be washed. It went together reasonably easily, with a couple of caveats, included below. My two issues with it are: - The wood is bare, unfinished. If you're planning on this maintaining a nice appearance without oils from your cats' fur soaking into the wood you'll want to give it a coat of poly or some other kind of finish before use. Don't get rid of your old cat tree before this one arrives, because you'll need time to take care of the finishing before you use the new one. - This was encountered by another reviewer as well so I was aware of the possibility beforehand, but one of the threaded inserts on the slats for the U-shaped bit pulled out during assembly. I think the holes they put the inserts into are drilled out a bit bigger than they should be, so the threads of the inserts barely bite into them. There are a couple of "right ways" I could have gone about fixing it, but for the sake of expediency I just glued the threaded insert in with some Gorilla Glue and let it set up before assembling. Should hold up fine this way. Overall, would buy again. ... show more

For the most part, this was very simple to put together, however, the curved platform was extremely difficult to put together with the individual pieces of wood, then come to find out that the middle piece wasn't drilled correctly and therefore it simply wouldn't fit. I had to use a power drill to put it together the best we could. Other than that part of the cat tree it's exactly what I was looking for! I wanted something solid with absolutely no carpet and this fit the bill perfectly. Cats love it too! ... show more

It’s super cute I like the materials is made but is not sturdy for my 10 lbs cat, I’m afraid! He doesn’t fit comfortably in the hammock at all ! as the hammock material is thin and do not cover the edges well. A plastic bowl would have been better or a thicker hammock material all around, maybe. Be aware that it’s short I was very surprised. I did measured and consider the height. I love it aesthetics of it but didn’t work for us. There is no enough space for my cat to use the scratching polls. Bummer. ... show more

My order arrived within one day. Packaging was great. The box was not too heavy for me to move using a dolly cart. All pieces were packed well with no damage. All parts and pieces were very well labeled. Instructions were fantastic. Assembly was quite simple. Took me a bit over an hour to get it together. Thank you for the gloves to use in assembly!
