The Leica Lens cap fits loosely around lens shade and just doesn't stay on. I guess that's why I lost it. This Haoge lens cap has some felt around the sides and fits snuggly on the lens shade. Nice product.

Unlike the original Leica version this cover stays in place over the OEM lens hood. After losing several I went with this one. It has a felt liner that causes the cover to fit with just the right amount of pressure to be sure it won't fall off without you knowing.
