    • Looking for long time..
I really like the idea of having for long time something like that but thinking about cost of installation and place in the bathroom were a concern. So I didn’t have to deal with this issues. The things that I found out inconvenient are to reach and hang the hose. I guess you have to get use to it.

The media could not be loaded. The installation was for a the left hand side of the toilet and vanity, the water source was on the opposite side so it was difficult aesthetically to access the water source with the parts provided. Otherwise the bidet works just as I want it to. Simple,does does the job, and it’s great having a hose in bathroom to clean and rinse the toilet as well! ... show more

This is the second one I bought- the first one was from a different company but clearly same manufacturer (identical) and the threads on the wand side of the valve weren’t cut correctly so the wand hose wouldn’t seal properly. This second one was perfect, however. One thing to note- I tried using a shorter water line I purchased myself for the hot water since I installed a hot water supply next to the cold supply when I renovated my bathroom, but it caused the valve to “malfunction” since a copper projection inside the shorter water line interfered with a small one-way valve inside the valve, so just know you may have to use the line that was supplied to get it to work. I love it. Not only does it work great as intended, it also works great as a “toilet brush” to clean up the bowl after you destroy the bathroom. ... show more

It was simple and easy to install, and my booty is happier for it. Warm water does take a little bit of time to start coming out in cold winter days. About 5 to 10 seconds

    • A really good product
I bought this in April 2022 to replace a bidet attachment that I had bought in 2017 and that began to leak internally at the controls after 5 years (Zen Bidet Z-500 Hot and Cold Water BRASS Components Two Nozzle Bidet Toilet Seat Attachment with Self Cleaning nozzles and Ceramic Valves) Zen Bidet. This is different in that it is basically a hand held nozzle. I bought it because I thought it would be less prone to leaking and also easier to keep clean. It was reasonably easy to install and is easy to use. There are 2 shut off valves. One controls the temperature as well as strength of the spray and the other, on the faucet itself, controls the strength of the spray. It's a bit difficult to adjust the strength of the spray and it's easy to end up with the spray being too strong (this will of course depend on your water pressure to begin with). Although in theory one could leave the first valve turned to the desired setting, I haven't wanted to do that because of concern about leaking, although it seems pretty resistant to that (the only places it could leak come from the attachments to the hot and cold water hoses and the attachment of the nozzle to the hose). It does appear to be well made and is made of stainless steel rather than plastic as was the old one. The old one, which attached to the toilet seat, collected dirt and mildew and was not easy to keep clean. The photos on the ad for this provide good illustrations of how it is set up and works. For me it was important to use lithium tape to seal the connections with the hot and cold water. ... show more
