This Hair Dryer set is nice. It is very nice quality and has wonderful features. I like all of the attachments. I think some attachments work better on some textures of hair than others. I say this because we have different textures in my home from 3a to 4c. I would say the blow dryer works for all. The brush works on straight or less textured hair. This is a very nice 5 in 1 high speed hair dryer and air wrap curling iron. I do not own the expensive brand but let me tell you how nice this set is! Very nice and professional looking. Comes in a nice big box with all the attachments. Very well built and looks sleek. Solid feeling and comfortable to hold while using. The different heads are easy to switch out. All of them work so wonderfully on my hair! Love the high speed hair dryer which dries my hair in a fraction of the time. The round brush head is very nice with good quality bristles. Gives me amazing volume while straightening. I was very surprised and impressed with the results of air wrap curling wands as well, which you get both a left and a right in this set. As someone with super thick, coarse, curly hair, finding the right styling tools can be a challenge. Unfortunately, this multi-functional styling tool set fell short of my expectations. While the idea of having all the necessary tools in one kit was appealing, I found that the hair dryer brush didn't quite live up to its promise. Blow drying my hair with this tool felt like a chore, and I didn't notice any significant improvement in drying time or results. Additionally, when attempting to curl my hair using the automatic rotating curling iron, I encountered difficulties. The curls wouldn't stay in place, leaving me with a less-than-desired outcome. Furthermore, I experienced tangling issues with the fine comb/brush attachment, which added to the frustration of using this set.     • Learning curve, better for longer than shoulder length hair
With this 5 in 1 tool the tools I appreciate and use are the blow dryer and the dryer brush. The bristles on the brush along with the heat allows for a good styling tool. I was excited to try the curling roller with the air feature but found it hard to use at first. Eventually I was able to get the hang of it, but with my shoulder length hair, the curls didn't get tight like how I would want, I think the curler would work better with hair longer than shoulder length. ... show more

    • A good, affordable alternative for an airwrap
I have an airwrap, and I was curious to see how this hair styler compared. Obviously, this styler is more like the flexstyle, so the attachments are different from the ones that come with an airwrap. But the key attachments that everyone wants are the curling barrels. The curling barrels that come with this styler are great. They grab and wrap hair just as easily as the airwrap barrels. I didn't even have to separate my hair into tiny sections. The handle and the attachments are lighter than the airwrap's, which makes this styler easier to use. But I do wonder about its overall durability. The only complaint I have is that the cool shot button is far away from the power button. When using the curling barrels on my airwrap, I usually use the cool shot button to set the curl and then immediately turn the power off. With this styler, hot air starts blowing in the short amount of time it takes me to release the cool shot button and move my finger to the power switch to turn it off. Overall, I think it's a great alternative to the airwrap if you're on a budget. You don't get all the bells and whistles (no alternating direction barrels, only one barrel size), but you can still achieve similar styles with an easy to use tool. ... show more

This is a decent hair dryer with nice attachments to assist most styles. I've only used the brush so far, and I think my hair looks great after using it. It's smooth and has a nice curl to it. My hair also looks very full, so I like that added bonus. The dryer is a little heavier than the one that I'm used to, but otherwise I think that this is a great set of attachments for a pretty good hair dryer. ... show more
