I had the same brush for a dogs age because I loved it so much and was being very particular about finding another. It had to have the vents and be solid plastic at the base, I hate the ones with the squishy base. I bought a name brand one with a "gel" comfort handle and it was fine until said gel was no longer in the handle but leaking sticky nasty all over your hands. So, I saw this bad boy at a great price and had to grab it. The good is that it's solid, sturdy and durable. I like the fact that the rows of bristles are spaced far enough apart to get through my fairly thick, wavy, unruly hair. The vents are great for when I blow-dry my hair straight and for the most part leave my hair feeling soft and smooth when done blowing dry. The eh is the curved head. I thought it would be super awesome but, it's almost a bit too curved for me. Sometimes when brushing it feels like you aren't getting through all of the hairs, almost as if the center portion is just grazing over them. However, that truly is the only no so great factor about the brush. Other than this small quirk it's actually quite a nice brush. I think I'll keep it and love it for a long time. ... show more

Both mf my girls have one and they won't use any other brush. It goes through their wet or dry hair so well that there is no pain from tangles. I also have one and love it. Wil order more in the future.

When it was together, it was an excellent brush. It kept my waves without making them look staticky. Brushing felt weird at first because of the curve, but now it’s far more comfortable than a flat brush. Not to mention, I really liked the hearts in the handle. Now, I have thick, strong hair and I’m used to brushes snapping because it. But I think I must have gotten the defective one out of the bunch because it pulled the bristle part out of the handle. The brush didn’t snap. It was like it didn’t have enough glue in the handle to keep both parts together. Luckily, I can hold the brush in a way that allows me to brush my hair. (My palm holds the handle and my index finger can press the back of the bristle part into the handle.) Yes again, good brush but I just wanted more use before I had to fix it.
