I got these to use with my cable machine and with the resistance bands. The quality is very nice, the grip is comfortable. The handles come in a nylon bag with a button cinch. The plastic is fairly thick, So the handle is pretty strong for plastic. The sides have a nice big smooth lip so that the nylon can move freely. The clip is a medium duty clip, you can always use the heavier duty one that’s one a machine for heavier weight. Overall very nice handles great for yoga bands, resistance bands and cable machines. Got these to use with resistance bands I am using for some home "physical therapy". I had a set of grips that came with the bands, and they were "functional" and soft, but the foam used was too soft and I did not like the feel. These bands use quality steel and have a quality grip. The material does not give as much as foam, and it has a pattern etched in it which helps me with grip. So far - really liking them. ... show more

I have an older-style Bowflex, with the resistance rods, cables, and handles. These are a comfortable, reliable replacement for the brand name handles, at about 1/2 the price. They work perfectly well, and while I wear gloves when working out, you can feel OK in bare hands with these.

I am a huge advocate for getting your own gym handles, and these are great. I am a pink girl and I absolutely love love these handles. I like how the pink is on the outside and not the handle so they don't get too dirty. Also the pink is plastic so you can wipe them.

I ordered these to replace my handles for some straps I use. The clips are large enough to go around the straps. The handles have a nice grip to them. Unlike my old handles the grips don't slip and slide around on the loops. They are a tad thick for my hands but I am only 5'1", I have rather small hands. ... show more
