I needed to replace the handles on my closet door resistance pulley system due to the originals being very small for my hand and general wear. I ordered these and they arrived within a couple days. best surprise was the large size which worked out perfectly for my hands. In addition to the pulley system I use them on I have also found they work very well for resistance band workouts on many exercises. This is a nice set of gym handles. I like the feel of the rubber grip and it's durable and will not tear like others that I have seen at the gym. The clips are strong too and won't break easily. I like the blue color of the handles they really stand out so I won't ever forget them.

These handles work well for things like one armed triceps extension. The grip is comfortable and appropriately sized. One thing I noticed is that I initially had to adjust the strap slightly as it seems a little wide for the handle so was creasing/folding. I could also hear a little friction as it rolled through the handle with repetitions; however, I generally found it solid for the weight I use and functional. I hook these with the carabiners into silicone resistance bands. They work fine, no deflection with the maximum force I could possibly exert. The straps are a pretty rough nylon material, but if I were concerned about chafing against them (the handles are wide enough that it's not an issue, really), I could just wear gloves.
