    • GOOD PRODUCT but the PRICE IS TOO INFLATED
This is a very good product. When I first purchased it the price was $58.00 then it went up to $64 now its $99.00. I refused to pay that much for such a small amount of product. The volume of the product never changed. This is ridiculous!

    • Best prebiotic I've tried
I think this is either a love it or hate it product. It does not mix well, or fast I should say. To really mix it you have to let it sit for a while and then it will mix "better". I use with just water and don't worry about the mixing. Might sound crazy but the unmixed chunky parts actually taste good to me. Everyone will be different about the flavor so, don't get mad at me if you don't like it :) I will also say I've tried a few other brands that "mix" better and found two things: 1) they don't taste good at all to me 2) they don't make me "feel good" like when I take this product. It’s not smooth like they say, it tends to settle in the bottom of the glass, so I used a shaker cup, still had to constantly shake till I was done with it. So sorry tried to blend it in the blender, it was a little better, but still settled to the bottom. However, I feel like it worked similar to Miralax, if you have ever tried that product. I have an autoimmune disease and a number of food and other allergies, I was hoping to be satisfied with this product. Unfortunately it’s not for me.     • Does not mix up well
I purchased this recently since my preferred brand was out of stock, and I typically like the quality of Gundry MD products. I have found that this prebiotic powder does not blend well. As soon as you stop stirring it, it separates and most of it sinks immediately to the bottom of your glass. You simply cannot drink it fast enough. I have tried mixing less of it in my water (as little as a 1/4 scoop), I've tried warm water vs cold, and I've tried drinking half and adding more water to mix what settled, but have the same issue every time. Trying to slam a sludgy shot of fiber is just not on my list of things to do in the morning. ... show more

I hear this stuff is great. I personally don't see a difference after a couple weeks. It’s very expensive and the container is much smaller than I expected. I don’t know how I missed the sizing.

    • My miracle wonder!
It is clumpy but i mix it well with my metamucil powder so it mixes well with just a small residue on the bottom. The orange flavor metamucil makes it taste better. However this product is my miracle wonder. Helps me to be regular like a clock work. And with this product, I have also lost some weight. Love it!! ... show more
