I was a little skeptical about the quality of this product considering it is a very affordable price comparative to other skincare tools and devices. The device comes with two silicon covers and a charging cable. It recommends you to charge it for 5 hours before using it first, so don't expect to use it straight from the box. It charged easily, and it comes with directions that breakdown the instructions very well plus include pictures for demonstration. It was very easy to use, and required little learning effort. The end of the tool is very blunt, it doesn't feel sharp at all, or like it could harm you. The device itself feels a little cheap, and it worries me for the future longevity of it. But usingit on my skin, it worked amazingly. It cleared out a bunch of sebum that I have had stuck in my pores forever. It didn't leave red marks or bumps from where it had extracted dirt, which is something I typically experience when using pimple extractors. The scrubber is actually quite good. It does a good job at exfoliating my skin and helping to reduce my white heads and cystic acne. I saw an influencer use it on scalp dandruff. I tried it and it works great! Just when I develop a routine, the scrubber malfunctions and will not turn off. The link to the website listed on amazon isn't working so i can't reach out to the manufacturer. I want to buy another one but I'm concerned the quality. ... show more

Oh my gos-I wish I'd found this long ago. The face scrubber is the only thing that has finally worked on the pinhole blackheads on some areas on my neck. Though neck area is sensitive this scrubber is gentle and thorough. I simply cannot say enough good about the awesome customer service. They could teach a class in being user friendly as they went way above par to help me with my dumb questions. 1. YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE POWER BUTTON DOWN TO TURN ON. 2. It automatically turns off after 5 minutes as per the manual. Like many others, I thought my product was broken but you just have to hold the power button down longer. Not my favorite, but I get it. I've been using this 2-3 times a week for almost a month and haven't had to re-charge it yet. It is magical at pushing out blackheads etc, my skin is the best its been in a long time. This is like having an at-home facial. I've also noticed my skin is more glowy after I use it to put on my serum etc. The only complaint is that the options (cleaning, ion+, etc) aren't in the order of the cleaning regimen so it takes a lot of time and reading the manual over and over to figure out which is which. It's basically just not the most user-friendly design, but considering the cost I can overlook that. The other thing about this tool (and any tool like this one) is the noise is really painful if you try to clean around the eyebrows or upper nose. I'm really happy with this purchase.
