As a previous user mentioned, this product was defective. Out of the Box, it would not turn on. Tried different batteries but still nothing. Never a good sign when day 1 the product is broken - also, no return available on this order as well.

This wand is NOT rechargeable via USB as it says in the description. You need 3 AAA batteries (not included) to use it. At first when I put brand new batteries in, it wasn’t turning on, but there is a trick, you have to hold down the power button for longer than you think and it will turn on.

It really does work. I use it at the very first sign I'm about to have an issue, I will go through two cycles and maybe a third depending on the issue and the next day you can noticeable tell the breakout has come to a halt and is calming down

    • WASTE OF MONEY - QUIT WITHIN A MONTH
Product worked for about 15 uses. Then one day just wouldn't turn on. New batteries, nothing. It didn't even last an entire month and I certainly didn't use it everyday. Waste of money. And not eligible for return. Thank Amazon.
