I've only used this device twice, so I haven't had time to see if it is really effective in it's stated purpose. I have high hopes, though! What I can say, thus far, is that it is a very sturdy little product. Often, tiny electronic gadgets seem flimsy and fragile to me. Not so this device. It is very solid and has a good weight for it's small size. It is very simple to use. All of the light modes are in good operating condition. Each of the light modes target a different aspect of skin care which are outlined in the handy instruction manual. I suggest retaining this manual for future reference on what those lights target. The device also vibrates. To activate the vibration, it must be in contact with the user's skin. It seems to me that the angle of the device where it makes contact is important to get it to function. I had to play with it a little bit to get it to vibrate consistently. Not a drawback at all, just an observation. The vibration is also a lot stronger than I was expecting. This is not a complaint, just an observation. The vibration is quite soothing and has helped to relax me while doing my skin care routine at the end of the day. I'm enjoying this little red light device and am quite satisfied with me purchase. Looking forward to seeing some results from it's use in the future. When I saw this on Instagram I thought I would give it a try with little to no expectations. Wow was I wrong. I use it every morning and night and the difference in my neck is amazing. I have had a very thick neck most of my life and its a very personal flaw I deal with every time I take a picture. I have been using this therapy wand on the red light setting for sometime and in my more recent photos you can see the difference. My neck is smaller, the skin is tighter and in turn my face looks thinner. It has become part of my daily routine and I will continue to use it. It has a vibration when pressed against your skin so you know its working. So far so good. It’s a good product, i like that it vibrates while on your skin. Feels like a nice face massage. Be careful with red light if you have sensitive skin or wounds. Will sting a bit. Can’t say for sure if i see any results because im not super consistent and it would take time but besides that it’s a good product for the price. No complaints ... show more

I bought this to help with concerns I had with hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles and also some loose of firmness. I am 55 yrs old and started to see some loss in firmness, brightness and some fine lines and wrinkles. I started using it 2x a week initially and then went up to 4 x a week of use on the different settings available to address my concerns. I noticed my skin was brighter, and the fine lines and wrinkles were diminished in about 4 wks time. I will continue to use this and try the different setting to help with other concerns. The instruction manual it came with was very informative and provided lots of details for the different color light modes and what the benefits were for your skin. I use this tool multiple times a week on my neck, face and upper chest area. I began to see results after about 4-6 weeks of use so continued use is necessary in order to see the results. The massage and different heat modes are actually very relaxing.     • Nice device, cover doesn't fit

The provided cover doesn't fit...Feels like a huge detail that the cover designed for this product to keep it clean doesn't work. Also I don't know if this is common, but the red light setting hurts. Feels prickly. But the other settings are nice. I also find it odd (and perhaps racist to an extent?) that the yellow light setting is meant to reduce melanin - according to the product pamphlet. To the best of my knowledge, there is no health benefit to reducing melanin...in fact I'd say it's healthier to promote/retain your melanin levels. Needless to say, I also avoid the yellow setting. ... show more

Decent little machine. Looks nice. Works well and is easy to use. Love the color. I'm not sure if it works because I just ordered it. But I saw a tiktok add promoting the product and it was almost double the price. So that's a win in my eyes. If it works it works if not so be it.
