I cannot say enough about this gel! I am avid cyclist. On fast paced 50 mile rides, with no stops, it is almost impossible to eat solid food. Three of these gels are all I need. Here are some things you must know. After taking the gel, you MUST drink a little bit of water. Last, in the winter time it thickens up.
