For the price of this chair I honestly wasn't expecting much but this chair surpassed my expectations in a big way. I know some reviews were talking about how bad it was and coming damaged. Myself I didn't experience any of that, it just arrived in great condition and the FedEX driver handled the package very well. I'm disabled and needed a good chair to sit in while I gamed that was comfortable and easy to move around and this chair has it all. The wheels roll easy, the seat reclines back to make it a little more comfortable. The lumbar and headrest pillow are awesome and feel very well made. The color matches my theme of my pc and right now I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I got this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. He’s a gamer, and stays in his chair for hours. He has gone through 2 chairs in less than two years. He sits on them for so long, it loses cushion really fast. I knew I needed to find a gaming chair that was at a fair price when great cushion. I had a hard time at first because not a lot of places ship to Hawaii. I came across this chair and it seemed so perfect for the price. I read the reviews but I was scared to buy it because it was under 200$ and most great gaming chairs are way more than that. I knew I really had to get a good one that’ll last. I made up my mind and ordered it. It came literally one week later, so he got to open it as a early Christmas gift. It was so easy to put together, I did it myself while he was playing games. Took me no more than 20 minutes. I was already in love with the material when I opened the box but I was even more in love when I put it together. Overall I think it’s so comfortable and amazing quality! The only thing my boyfriend doesn’t like is that he can’t play crossed legged anymore because the seat is narrow and lifts up at the end lol. Oh well, he can manage and find a new way to play. Definitely recommend buying!! ... show more

GTracing Ergonomic Office Chair Racing Chair Backrest and Seat Height Adjustment Computer Chair With Pillows Recliner Swivel Rocker Tilt E-sports Chair (Black/Blue) First purchase of a racing style chair. I am retired and spend a lot of time in front of my computer playing games, browsing, listening to music etc. Almost every streamer on Twitch TV has a racer. I could not afford a $200.00 + chair. I did some online research and settled on this chair. I had some difficulty with the delivery of the chair but this was on Fed Ex (not Amazon or GTRacing) for saying it was delivered when it was in fact not and did not show up until the next day. Shipping was $9.99 and the chair shipped out of Maryland. I also got $10.00 off on the chair from using a review site link to Amazon. The box looked like it had had some rough handling but the protective material and packing inside the box was excellent. No damage to any of the chair parts. All parts to assemble the chair were present. The instructions however were not. No Instructions included. This was not a major concern as a quick Google search linked me to several GT Racing chairs being assembled on You Tube. Still it was a minor negative. Assembly was straightforward but was harder than it needed to be. This so far is the only major problem I have had with the chair, The machining quality of the holes where the assembly screws go was poor and inconsistent. A couple of the Allen screws went right in, however the majority of them were extremely hard to get started and once started were difficult to screw in. Not impossible; just more difficult than was necessary. Once the chair was together, I was extremely happy with the finished product. This chair is solid, sturdy, and the back rest will adjust to about any angle you need. The armrests appear to be hard plastic but they are in fact padded. Adjusted all the way out they fit my arms perfectly. They rock slightly in and out but I expect this with a single support arm. This does not detract in any way. I have been sitting in the chair for six hours. It is very comfortable to sit in. It is a little firm but I like this. The back support pillow and headrest pillow are nice additions, adjustable and add comfort. The lumbar support pillow takes a little getting used to, but once you are settled in, it to is very comfortable. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase. I gave it 4 stars due to no included instructions and poor machining of the screw holes which made assembly more difficult than it needed to be. I would purchase this chair again. I will recommend it to friends. I will update this review after I have had the chair a couple of weeks. ... show more

I order from Amazon all the time, and I rely heavily on the reviews and ratings that people leave for products. This is the first review I am writing (horrible, I know) but I thought it was important to take the time to review this product and seller. This chair was a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas last year (2017) and he uses it every day. He said it’s the most comfortable chair he’s ever owned. Unfortunately, after only 7 months of use, something in the back snapped. After investigating the break, my boyfriend could see that it broke due to a manufacturing defect, and not due to the quality of the product (he is a big guy - 6’2” and 250 pounds and it’s a very strong chair). I contacted the seller to see if they could help us, and without question they sent a replacement part free of charge (and with fast shipping, too!). Between the fantastic comfort/build quality of this chair and the excellent customer service, this product easily deserves 5 stars. I wish I could give it a few more! ... show more
