But I found their Youtube channel and was able to get the info in very short detailed videos. I also emailed customer service and they were VERY responsive. When using machine the first time, we noticed a hairline crack in the hopper where it snaps into the machine. This poses no issue now but with repetitive use could cause the corner to break and not lock into the machine. Emailed GSEICE customer service and received a quick response. Instead of having to ship the entire machine back to Amazon they sent a replacement hopper free of charge. 5 star service. Machine works great for our bar. Still trying to figure out why it won’t freeze when alcohol is added to the mix but slushes fine without alcohol. It’s trial and error so far as we have not been able to find instructions or tips online on how to make alcoholic slushees but will keep trying. ... show more

This 2-tank machine is well-built, easy to use, and makes the perfect consistency slushy. The noise generated is appropriate for what it is. The fan turns off after reaching the set temperature. The liquid starts chilling within minutes of turning on and after about 12 minutes, a slushy is ready to be poured. Each tank holds just over 3 gallons of liquid. We looked at cheaper models but the reviews were less than favorable. Even though it was a little more expensive, I'm glad we purchased this machine. ... show more

We bought this machine for some fun wedding beverages, but the compressor seized after a coolant problem which caused it to all leak out (Taiwan coolant that we can't replace). We did not have any slushies for the wedding. We took the machine to the refrigeration company in town and they charged us $90 to assess the machine and determine that it would take $1000 to fix it. We are now spending more money on packing materials and rebuilding the crate to ship the machine back. It weighs 100 pounds and this isn't an easy task. Something that should have been a fun wedding item, just turned out to be a huge expense and something that didn't work. Now it is taking time and money to return. Save yourself a huge hassle. I have a mobile bar and customers and our staff love this slush machine. We often sell it in fishbowls for kids and add alcohol for adults. We make the best frozen Mockaritas in this thing and add different flavors. I also bought a cute farmhouse chic stand for it that goes well with our horse trailer bar and we take it to every event now. It paid for itself after two events. I just really love this machine and how easy it is to use. I buy Coolbreeze to use in it, and like to mix flavors like we do any other drink to make the result more interesting. Update: I have now purchased a second slush machine as I love this so much! And so do customers. ;-) I also will be trying Margarita Man mixes in this at our next event. ... show more
