I've used this type of product before at work, so I knew what to expect. It is not wonderfully easy to open to insert the wires you want it to protect, so getting this stuff in place is on the tedious side. But once you're done, you're good to go. The wire loom does the job. It splits easily and is simple to run. It will probably protect from chafing and abrasions in low-impact areas. It is extremely thin and has some small holes in it, so I wouldn't use it for areas that move or rub a lot.
