I had a 3600 PSI Gas pressure washer that was horrible to start! Pulling on the string starter forever. Getting it serviced cuz it wouldn't start, or plugs etc....and then the gas. It cleaned great but in my opinion was a pain. I wanted an electric pressure washer that would clean just as well, and had tried neighbors that were lower PSI...usually in the 1800-2500 PSI range...ugghhhh...they didn't clean well at all. Hardly removed anything! I saw the ratings on this one, and I watched a few demo videos on YouTube about the model, and everyone basically said it was a really great pressure washer and was pretty comparable to gas pressure washers. I finally decided to take the plunge and try it....and I have to say I'm really impressed! It is SUPER easy to start with the press of a button! No gas, so spark plugs etc. It's pretty powerful at only 3000 PSI as well.....and does an impressive job of cleaning the dirtiest of driveways and sidewalks, etc. Had to even be a little careful with it as it took a little paint off the trim of the house when I washed the house. Obviously I was too close to the house with it, or had too powerful of a head on it....lesson learned....but still...it's obviously strong enough to take the paint off the house! My neighbors electric 2200 wouldn't even remove dirt off the sidewalk! So I'm very happy with it and would recommend it! The turbo attachment is my favorite....it really cleans well! I got the disc surface cleaner to go along with it, and that works great too! Cut my time in half from when I tried cleaning my driveway and sidewalks with just the gun nozzles. More powerful and quieter than previous electric washers. Almost as powerful as a gas version and a pleasure to use. I am very impressed. I've owned 2 pressure washers before this one. A loud, powerful, messy gasoline version and an earlier generation of electric that was okay but not very powerful. This one seems to get it right. A new generation of electric motors (in fans, pressure washers, etc. is quieter, more powerful and more energy efficient. This particular model feels well made and well designed. All the attachments are included and everything can stay attached for safe keeping. It's very easy to assemble and you can see that it is pretty rugged and thoughtfully designed as it comes together. It is also well packed. It arrived in perfect shape in the middle of the Pacific ocean. Not a ding or a scratch and very little plastic packing to wrestle with. It is nice and quiet. And with a wide variety of nozzles you can blast concrete or a metal roof clean or more gently clean wood siding or a car. I am "semi-off-the-grid" with my own water system but I get electricity at 7 times the normal rate in the US. This unit is economical with both water and electricity. And I'm very happy with the results. To make it more "portable" with a limited power cord length, I bought an inexpensive 50' pressure hose. this allows access futher from a power outlet and on the roof. A great machine. Great and dependable. Absolutely hate the cord and wand storage... I have to roll this for long distances and the wand is regularly either scraping the ground or falling out of place - it's storage bungee sucks... the handle is too short for comforts sake or easy rolling if one needs to roll it a ways - but the workings of the machine itself - are great. One reason that I chose this brand of pressure washer is that it was top rated by Consumer Reports among electric pressure washers. Amazon offered prompt delivery at a competitive price. After using it clean mold, mildew, algae and grime off of a large concrete pad where I have parked my motorhome for five years, I can see why it received a good rating. Unpacking and assembly was so intuitive that I barely needed to refer to the included instructions. Once together I was impressed with how easy it is to maneuver and operate. Most importantly, it offers enough pressure and nozzle options to do good work on the toughest power washing jobs. I put bleach in its "detergent" tank which significantly enhanced its ability to blast years of mold, mildew, algae and other debris from the concrete, leaving it looking like new. Knowing that would be my toughest power washing job, that's why I tackled it first. After cleaning that concrete, other jobs like blasting algae off of siding and gutters was a breeze. This model power washer is as good as best I've ever used during my long life. Since it's just a few weeks old, I cannot comment on its longevity, but my wife and I are pleased with its operation and ease-of-use. This is the most powerful portable electric washer. The others claim a certain psi, but don’t acheive it in real life testing. The build quality is excellent as expected and there have been no functionality issues so far There are plenty of youtube videos on assembly and use. Attaching quick release connectors to this is a life saver One possible upgrade that the company needs to offer is a 35’ or a 50’ flexible hose. The standard hose is a little stiff and the 25’ length is a little short ... show more
