The media could not be loaded. The divider is in the LAUNDRY BAG !!! This is consistent with the picture online... and you get 2 cloth laundry bags with that divider sewed in. It ROLLS beautifully!!! See my video; that's a lot of heavy laundry and towels.. and it rolled like nothing was on it.!!!!!! Still rolls so easily after weeks of washes. For this reason I had to leave a review. 4 STARS - Mine did arrive slightly "under the weather" .. a golden nail was dented, a screw was missing, and 2 pieces of the braided plastic needed to be rearranged to look nicer.. But I just fixed the braided parts, popped-in a nail I had in the drawer to replace the missing one, and dumped the bent nail... It looks wonderful and rolls as noted sooo easily. Although the instructions are very limited it was super easy to figure out. Open it up, put the wheels on, insert the liner and done. We have been tired for years of picking up our laundry basket and carrying to and from laundry room. The basket on wheels was a great solution and is much nicer than I expected. I was leaning toward a couple hundred dollars to get a sawgrass basket when I decided to try this out. For the price and convenience we are very happy. Went with the dark brown and it goes extremely well with our walnut furniture. ... show more

It was a little more expensive than I wants to spend but I am very pleased with this, from all the bad reviews i was concerned but it's great. Has a slight plastic smell but not much, I did run my air machine on high the first night in my bedroom, hope it will go away soon. I got one bag with a divider and the other one without, I was going to remove the divider anyway so that was great. I washed the bags and they didn't shrink so that was great. It rolls over carpet and tile very easy . I will remove the long strap and have tied a short ribbon on either side of the handle on one side to pull it with and it works much better. I'm short so i can almost pull it by the handle but it's a little easier to have a short strap, you have more control over it than with the long strap. All in all i'm quite pleased with it. I got tired of carrying my clothes to the garage to wash, having a bad back and getting older, this will work out great. I don't know why people that find something wrong with what they bought don't just send it back for a replacement. IT was really easy to unfold and put the wheels on in less than 10 minutes ... show more

This item adds a nice touch to my laundry room display, although upon closer inspection, the material feels like plastic and is quite flimsy, which was unexpected. I appreciate the divided lining and the fact that it includes a replacement lining, which is a nice touch. As a result, I'm leaning toward keeping it. ... show more
