    Ok so first off. I just got done building this. Directions are somewhat weird as far as steps go but not hard to figure out. They provided extra hardware for every bolt needed as well as a couple cheap wrenches if you don't have a 13 + 14mm on hand which is nice. Everything lined up like it should and it seems to be a very well made and sturdy setup that will last. Now the add part is why I can also say customer service is responsive. The same day I was to receive this I got a random hoop and net (no stand, backboard, etc) and thought I got jipped so started the process of getting a refund.. couple hours later fed ex shows up with the one I actually ordered. In the end I had zero issues but the company did respond to my original refund request quickly, stating if I took pictures of the issue they'd send whatever necessary to fix free of charge. So although I didn't actually need their customer support it's nice to know they are there if you did need them. ... show more

    This is better than I expected. It was packaged very well. No breakage. This is a great first basketball hoop. Great for entry level goals for kids, affordable, impeccably assembled and easy to use. I am very happy with it so far and would recommend. The size is perfect for the driveway and can be easily moved as needed. Two things that could be improved are the basketball hoop itself and the ability to add weight.     Easy to assemble and came well packaged. It's actually a well made youth goal. The 7 to 9 year olds are having a good time with the 8' 5" model we recieved. That along with a youth sized ball and the kiddo's are good to go. I did fill the base with water and also placed 2 fifty lb sand bags on the goal stand. I didn't have a cinder block on it only filled with water and the adults were playing a serious game of basket ball and it fell over (oops) and didn't break! So I'd say that's pretty durable.     I recently purchased this basketball hoop and was initially pleased with its appearance and ease of assembly. However, after a few weeks of moderate use, the hoop fell over and the rim got damaged. Tried to reach customer support but not sure how to order a rim replacement. Please advice, thanks.
